Anisha Blumenberg is a senior technology and communications executive who has worked in both the public and private sectors. She possesses over 15 years of experience building, managing and maintaining web application development and digital marketing and communications projects. She’s consistently recognized for strengths in technology policy and strategy development, leadership and project management.

Anisha’s experience includes working as an IT Director for Cook County Government, the second largest county government in the USA with 22,000 employees and 6 million residents. Her team redesigned Cook County’s website, combining four websites in just two months before launching the site. She received outstanding feedback directly from Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, for her work on this project.

Anisha has also spent numerous years as an IT Department Head at Northwestern University, where under her leadership many first’s were established for the organization; including, the library’s first content management system and native iPad and iPhone mobile applications. She also created the Google Apps for Education integrated marketing campaign design while at Northwestern University which resulted in a nearly 100% adoption rate for students at the institution.

Anisha is the founder of aMack Design, an IT strategy and communications consulting company with clients ranging from small businesses, to universities, to the United Nations. Anisha has worked at Big Ten and elite institutions including University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Northwestern University and the University of Chicago. She currently works as an International Consultant for the United Nations.

Anisha received her B.S. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a certificate in Leadership and Management from Northwestern University.

She lives in the Washington D.C. Metro Area with her husband and son.
